Like taxes, stress is a part of everybody’s life.  The “specialists” tell us that some stress is sweet as a result of with out it there can be no motivation to do something!  However, in case you are like me, serious stress and anxiety makes me really feel unhealthy physically – I am unable to eat. This may’t be good!

 

For many of us, stress is low-degree a lot of the time.  Our daily tasks and relationships give us a bit of stress but not major anxiety.  The body’s response to low-level stressors is designed to inspire us to action with a barely raised coronary heart rate and increased psychological readability –similar to the response to caffeine.
